By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our parks, schedules, and how to reach the office. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding booking confirmation. A booking is formed only by a written confirmation from the office.

2. Facility Services

All bookings are subject to the facility rules posted at the gate — age limits, capacity, waiver requirements, and conduct policies. A booking confirmation specifies facility, date, time, group size, and any equipment or guide provided. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a written booking confirmation or facility rule, the confirmation or rule controls.

2.1 Waivers and Rules

Participation in facility activities is subject to posted rules and, where required, a signed waiver. A booking does not constitute an assumption of risk beyond that stated in the waiver.

2.2 Cancellations and Weather

Cancellation and refund policies are stated in the booking confirmation. Outdoor facilities may close or reschedule for weather; the office will notify confirmed bookings.

2.3 No Guarantees of Outcome

Facility operations are subject to staffing, weather, maintenance, and public-safety conditions. This website does not guarantee any outcome beyond the posted schedule and confirmed booking.

3. Fees

Fees for bookings, admissions, and programs are stated in the booking confirmation or posted at the facility. Payment terms are specified per booking.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading bookings or participant information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to booking systems; (d) interfere with the operation of the website; or (e) violate the rules of any facility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from or related to this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars. Liability for facility use and activities is governed by the applicable booking confirmation and waiver. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this website shall be resolved in the courts located in Fremont County, Wyoming, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. Facility rules may specify alternative dispute procedures, which control for disputes under them.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
